Financial Assistance
Are you struggling to find the funds to achieve your land management goals? The District may be able to help you find financial assistance if your project will achieve natural resource enhancement or conservation while utilizing Lottery funds.

Technical Assistance
Perhaps you have the funds, but would like guidance on the “who, what, where, when and how’s” of your proposed project. The District staff can help you find the answers and guidance you need to address your natural resource concerns. We also provide assistance in soils identification and interpretation, site assessments/evaluations, general conservation alternatives, development of farm plans, water quality plans and provide education/outreach materials.

Soil Testing
The District's focus is to provide soils testing services for the owners of smaller parcels of land and/or urban gardners who want to optimize production from their soil. The service includes an analysis of the testing results from the laboratory and soil amendment recommendations by District staff.

Conservation Planning
Your NRCS District Conservationist and the Upper Willamette SWCD Technical Specialist are certified conservation planners who can inventory the natural resources on your land and develop a detailed conservation plan to address your objectives and natural resource concerns. This free service is available to all landowners in Lane County.
